Lattice Apple Cones




For the dough

  • 250g Self raising flour
  • 50ml Milk (If you need only)
  • 100g Butter
  • Few drops of Vanilla
  • 100g Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 Egg

For the Filling

  • 3 Apples chopped
  • 25g Butter
  • 2 Tblsp lemon Juice
  • 100g Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp cinnamon


  1. Add flour , butter, vanilla, egg, zest, sugar, and mix well.
  2. If the mix is stiff only you have to add milk. If not skip that step.
  3. Leave the dough in fridge.
  4. Meanwhile make the filling by adding butter to a pan.
  5. Add apples, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla and cook until no liquid.
  6. Take the dough out roll and cut as directed in the video.
  7.  Bake on 180c about 10-15 min or until golden brown.
  8. Cool on a wire rack.
  9. Sprinkle some icing sugar on top.
