If you are busy person and still want to serve your family a nice nutritious meal this is just an idea. You can always change the vegetable  according to the taste.  This serves an easy simple dinner .

This recipe will serve 4 people.I used the white part of one leek, 2 medium size carrots, 1/2 bunch Kale, and some cabbage.
I used 500g peeled prawns. You can use the amount  you wish.
Put a pot on the stove and stir fry onions, garlic and some curry leaves or any other herb as you wish.
After add prawns and stir fry until the colour changes.
In to that I added 1/4 tsp chillie flakes, 1/2 tsp coriander powder , 1/4 tsp cumin powder and pepper.
Add the spices on to the prawns and stir fry well.
After it will look like this. Do not stir fry the prawns as it can go rubbery if over cooked.
Add the vegetables and stir fry well about a minute.
Serve on rice ,  quinoa., or couscous.
