This beef curry is done for you with a small quantity of beef. When you buy the beef make sure to get with less fat. Cut in to chunks as you wish. This recipe will serve 2-3 people.
You will need 250 g beef, one onion finely sliced, one tomato sliced, several cloves of garlic and some curry leaves and rampe.
You will need lightly roasted curry powder, 1/4 tsp pepper and cinnamon, 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds goraka, cloves, cardamon, finely sliced ginger.
Add everything with salt and enough water cook. Cook until about several spoons liquid left .
Add about 1/4 cup of thick coconut milk and stir well. Cook until the gravy is thick.
Serve hot with rice .
