Clean the  dry sprats  and wash them thoroughly.

I used 200 g dried sprats for this recipe..

Cut several onions chillies ans use 1 -2 sprigs of curry leaves.  Add some oil in to the   pan  and let it comes to a high heat.

Add the washed sprats in to the hot oil and stir well.  The sprats will start frying  and will be crunchy.

When the sprats are nice and crunchy add 1 table spoon full chilli flakes, enough salt and pepper.

Stir well cook stirring about 30 seconds. After add the onion, chillies and curry leaves.

Stir well and cook about 2-3 minutes stirring continuously.
