Green Mango and dates are very nice in a chutney. I have already added a chutney with sultana. But there is a huge difference between both chutneys. This mango chutney is made with raw mangoes. It matures in the jar with the time.
Make sure to clean and dry the jars well. Also the mangoes have to be dry.

This recipe will serve 4-6 people.
This Mango weighs about 500 g. Wash and dry the skin of the mango well. Then cut in to chunks on a clean chopping board.
Add about 3-4 tablespoon full sugar on to the mangoes and leave covered overnight.
Add several cloves of garlic and a teaspoon full mustard cream or 1/2 tsp mustard powder with salt and a piece of ginger in to a food processor with 1/2 cup of vinegar.
You will need 1 tsp of chilli powder, and about 100 g chopped dates.
Add the mangoes in to a clean dry jar with the chopped dates on top. Blend all the spices together.
Pour the blended spices on top of the mangoes.
Mix well and seal the jar.
Serve after 2-3 months.
