Potato and beans are a great combination for a curry. It gives a nice thick curry at the end and I like cooking all in one always. It makes the life easier.

This recipe will serve 4-6 people.
I used 4 small potatoes and about 150 g Beans. Peel the potatoes and cut in to cubes. Clean the beans and cut in to pieces.
Cut one onion, and some chillies. Prepare several curry leaves , cinnamon, and a half teaspoon fenugreek seeds. For the spices I used 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, and 1 tsp curry powder.
Add some water or the second coconut milk in to the potatoes and put on the stove for cooking. Cook about 5 minutes. When the potatoes are slightly cooked add the cut onions and chillies. If you like add some Maldive fish flakes.After add some salt to the taste.
Next add the beans & mix well. Add all the spices and mix well.
After, cook another 5 minutes all together. Then add a cup of thick coconut milk & mix well.
Cook the the beans and potatoes in coconut milk until it comes to the boil. Serve with rice.
