Cut some dry sausages .It depends on you how you want to cut them. In Sri Lanka we have only dry type of sausages only.

Cut onion, Garlic, chilli, ginger , curry leaves, cinnamon  and some Rampe. (Pandan Leaves)

Add a drop of oil in to pan.

Add the chopped onions, garlic, chillies, curry leaves and pandan leaves and cinnamon in to the oil and stir fry.

After add 1/2 tsp-1 tsp chilli powder in the pan stir fry well.

Add tomatoes . This will give a nice taste and a colour to the dish.

Stir fry on a high heat as tomato releases it’s own juices.
