Sausages- Stir Fry Cut some dry sausages .It depends on you how you want to cut them. In Sri Lanka we have only dry type of sausages only. Cut onion, Garlic, chilli, ginger , curry leaves, cinnamon and some Rampe. (Pandan Leaves) Add a drop of oil in to pan. Add the chopped onions, garlic, chillies, curry leaves and pandan leaves and cinnamon in to the oil and stir fry. After add 1/2 tsp-1 tsp chilli powder in the pan stir fry well. Add tomatoes . This will give a nice taste and a colour to the dish. Stir fry on a high heat as tomato releases it’s own juices. Add the sausage sir-fry Serve hot with plain rice, roti or even on bread.
