These are tiny squid that I am cooking as a curry. You can fill them after cleaning or even can do several cuts and cook the. Then all the spices goes through the squid and makes tastes better. Adding coconut milk in it makes nice and creamy curry.
This is about 500 g cleaned squid.I used curry leaves, Rampe, cinnamon , goraka, green chillies and several cloves of garlic,and sliced onions. For this curry I used 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and a teaspoon curry powder as spices. (As I always mention you can always adjust the spices to your taste.
Clean wash thoroughly and cut the squid across. Add all the spices on to the squid. Marinate the squid well.
Add the other ingredients too and mix well. Add enough salt to your taste.
After cooking with its own liquids add a cup of coconut milk. Cook about 3-4 minutes. (Squid doesn’t take too long to cook) If you cook longer it goes rubbery.
Serve with rice, bread .
