I found a bread same like this in a bread shop recently and I thought of making it for breakfast on a Saturday morning. I had enough time to do this as all the other wake up late. 🙂
This is so simple to make and also very nice all in one breakfast. For proofing ion the morning I switch on oven to 25 c and leave the dough there to double. It takes only less than thirty minutes. When I was telling the ingredients I missed several and I made sure to include them in my recipe.
The texture of this bread is the same as you find in bread shops and also the taste is much better than them too. Try making them for a quite breakfast and kids specially will love this with out a doubt.
Quinoa is gluten free superfood that you can use instead of rice. Replacing quinoa instead of starchy products will give you lots of proteins as well as a lot of minerals and vitamins. Its very famous for its omega 3 fatty acid levels too. quinoa is also a very good source of calcium, magnesium and manganese.
Cooked quinoa seeds become fluffy and creamy, slightly crunchy. It has a delicate and nutty in flavour, Its good for salads side dishes or even making snacks. I want to show the right way of cooking quinoa with a bit of flavour as cooked in restaurants. When you add flavour it can be eaten with anything too.
This will give you an idea on how to use as a main meal and also how to freeze quinoa.

The things you need for this recipe is always in your cupboard and fridge. When you want to add some extra flavour to this you can always go for other options such as parsley, celery leaves, leeks, or even cooked meat or fish. Always creativity is in your hands.

Breakfast is always a quick one for me all the week days. When i have time I like to something nice and nutritious for my family. These little breads are one of them. It takes five minutes to prepare and 15 minutes to bake. So all ready in less than 30 minutes. These can be done days ahead for brunch or for snacking or even for kids to have after school. Even these are nice and cute for a lunch box. The left overs can be kept for the next day with out a problem.
When you use spinach in this make sure to squeeze them finely as spinach holds a lot of water and it can make the bread go soggy. You can add bacon or ham too in it.
Adding sour cream or curd or even yoghurt gives it a rich creaminess as well ass increase the nutrition value.
I added cheese on top of the spinach to prevent it from burning when baking. But in the video I forgot to show that part. The number of the muffins depends on the size of the baking dishes that you are using. I made 8 large breads out from this recipe.

To serve the waffle there are so many options. you can serve it with fresh or stewed fruits and cream or ice cream. You can mix vegetables or meat to make savoury waffles too. I will be uploading several different types of waffles in future.
All you need is a waffle maker. If you don’t have a waffle maker still you can use a sandwich maker to do this. These days there are so many options. for easy storing now they have created the waffle plates only. So easy and cheap to buy online. If you want to select a waffle maker make sure to buy with a deep grid pattern. So when you pour cream or honey it holds it nicely each deep hole and distribute the flavours equally.
