My mum used  to make a nice sweet slice using a lot of sesame seeds. Not like these days when I was a child my mum had to separate sesame and throw the tiny stones mixed to it. When she sun dry them we use to grab a hand full of sesame and run away. They are from my childhood memories.

French Sesame Bread Rolls

French breads always nice and crusty. Making French Bread is really simple and easy. All you need is patience.  Adding sesame, specially the black sesame gives this bread a very good look as well as a nice flavour.

I have tried this bread more than 20 times as  bread rolls and as bread too. You can make one whole loaf instead of making rolls. instead of sesame try adding poppy seeds, caraway seeds or even dried mixed herbs to give addition al flavour as well as fusion baking. Once I made this with sliced olives which completely gave a different flavour.

If you like crusty bread try this recipe and you will be amazed to see the results. Spraying olive oil on top of the bun with out egg washing makes these buns very glossy rich look.

Healthy Fruit Balls( Gluten & dairy free)

This is a really healthy snack that you can keep for a longer period. Adding honey gives a sweetness as well as it works like a preservative. Instead of orange juice can add apple juice or or even Alcohol (then its not healthy…)

To keep longer leave them in fridge and rest can be packed in snack bags and freeze. Take a day before to thaw. You can make them in a larger batch and take when ever you want.

Instead of sesame seeds you can use nuts coconut or even chocolate for coating.
