Tempered Red Lentils Curry / Parippu Mirisata

Lentil Curry is everyone’s favourite in Sri Lanka.  There are are different ways of cooking lentils. This is one way of cooking lentils. This has no coconut milk at all.  This really goes well with bread, rice even flat breads.

My mum used to cook this all the time to dip in bread. It tastes better if you add coconut oil in it.
