Tuna Curry with Ground Herbs & Spices

This is a really easy way of making fish curries. But the taste is very nice and the gravy is thick. Nothing goes to the bin. All blended and you get the taste as well as the benefits of all the spices and herbs too.

Tuna is the best fish for this kind of a dish. Buy the fresh Tuna all the time.  This recipe is for 400g Tuna.
Prepare all these ingredients.2-3 goraka., several sprigs of curry leaves, several green chillies, 4 inches cinnamon, one onion, several cloves of garlic, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp chillie powder, 1 tsp curry powder and enough salt. (You can always adjust the spices according to your taste.
Add all the ingredients in to a blender and process until to a smooth paste.
After add that on to the fish.
Mix well and put the put on the stove on a low heat. it will cook slowly. that way all the spices goes in to the fish gives more flavour to the fish.
When it is ready with the thick gravy  add a cup of thick coconut milk in to it. Mix well and cook until the gravy is thick.
Serve hot with rice, String hoppers or bread.
